ShiatsuShiatsu is a form of Japanese massage based on acupressure points, stimulating the vital points along the body's meridians in order to encourage healing and maintaining good health. Clients generally remained clothed during a Shiatsu Treatment and may be seated or lying down.

Integrative BodyworkDeep, slow strokes using body butter to target muscle fascia and deeper layers of the body. Sessions are tailored to the clients’ needs and aim to target underlying causes of physical strain and tension.
