Welcome to our December Newsletter. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Open Day. It was a really exciting day for the whole team here at Vinaka and we hope you all enjoyed it and found something that contributes to your wellbeing!

Christmas Period

Our reception will be CLOSED from Saturday 22 Dec - Sunday 6 Jan 2008 and reopening on Monday 7 January 2008. Practitioners will be available during this time by prior appointment. (So book in before reception closes!)

Massage with Nisha will be available by appointment during the break by phoning her directly on 0402 039 341. For amazing rejuvenation, we totally recommend her Lomi Lomi massages! You'll feel like you've been on a Hawaiian holiday!

December Classes

Final classes for this year will be held on Thursday 20 December (with the exception of the 6 week yoga course with Lisa which continues through the Christmas / New Year period).

Studio for Hire (Workshops etc)

Classes commence for 2008 in the week beginning Monday 14 January. Proposed January timetable (to be confirmed in week beginning 7 January 2008).

The Gift of Giving

We are taking a collection of Christmas gifts for at-risk youth via Open Family Australia. Here are some suggestions: sports things, toiletries, met cards, phone cards, stationary, back packs (for school), baseball caps, socks or even toys. Or anything you think of will be much appreciated. If you would like to contribute, please drop any gifts into Vinaka by Friday 14th December and Open Family will put them in their Christmas hampers, which they hand out to clients on Christmas morning.

Receptionist Wanted

We are looking for a new receptionist with a passion for health and wellbeing and would love to speak to anyone you may recommend! The position is Casual - currently 1.5 days per week, however we plan to extend this to full-time by Easter (which may also be a job-share between 2 receptionists).
