Yoga Classes at Vinaka
Each student attending a yoga class, is able to be watched and guided carefully in a supportive and friendly atmosphere as there is a maximum of 8 students per class. This is perfect for anyone who wants to get back to a healthy, strong and flexible body but may feel intimidated to enter a gym or a larger yoga class. The classes suit all fitness levels. Postures or asanas are presented in stages so that each person can develop at his/her own pace. There is no competition - no agneda - simply the joy of becoming fitter in body, in mind, in emotions and in spirit. A true feeling of complete WELLBEING.
